- The products are original?
Yes, all products are originals purchased directly from the factory, with invoice and guarantee of origin.

Our products are stored at the factory recommended temperature and brightness. Therefore, the products do not suffer any kind of chemical alteration or conditions that may damage it.

To increase safety during transport of the products we put a lid to better seal the packaging avoiding leakage.

- Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships which contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 4 days, please contact us.

- My tracking says “no information available at the moment”
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

- Approximate Shipping times
(Does not include weekends/public holidays)

The delivery time may vary according to each country and freight option chosen. Through the transportation courier that we have partnership, we stipulate a period of 5 to 15 days for arrival in your destination country (this period is valid for all continents). However, this period may receive changes and be extended by external factors during the shipment, such as delivery in rural areas, heavy rain or other environmental events that may happen. Attention: the deadline for delivery will be counted after the first day of approval of the request. You will receive the tracking code to track the status of your delivery as soon as the order is confirmed, so just enter the courier’s website and enter the code to track.

Delayed delivery – in rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected time frame. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route, and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur.

This may especially be true during the busier holiday seasons at the year’s end.

- What methods of payment are accepted?
You can use the following payment methods to make purchases at the Buy Brazil Store: Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Discover, JCB, Dinner Club and Paypal.

- What types of deliveries are available?
We have three shipping options for international shipments: DHL, FEDEX and UPS.

- Separate Packages
In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:
– Certain items may be on backorder
– Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office.

- Can I change the delivery address?
If you have already completed the order, the address cannot be changed. If you really need to change, please contact our representative to see how we can help you.

- Customs / Duty Fees
Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.
