How to Use Natureza Cenoura NTOX:

1. Wash hair 2–3 times with a deep cleansing shampoo.

2. Towel dry to about 50% moisture.

3. Divide hair into sections. Apply the product evenly, 1 cm from the scalp. Comb through to distribute.

4. Let it sit for 10–30 minutes depending on hair condition.

5. Rinse with water (leave a bit of the product on very damaged hair).

6. Blow-dry hair 100%.

7. Flat iron in thin strands:

   • 180–190°C for fine or damaged hair

   • 200–210°C for thick or resistant hair

8. (Optional) Rinse with water after hair has cooled. Style as desired.
